Relieve Psychology

Rediscover your strength. Find your balance.

Find Relief

It takes courage to seek support, and we're glad you've found us  here. At Relieve Psychology, our purpose is to provide a warm, safe and compassionate space for you to find your footing again. Our experienced therapists are here to help you navigate a wide range of life's challenges, including those listed below.

Relieve Psychology is a LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent affirming practice. Everyone is welcome here.

Our Approach

We believe the best therapy is a genuine partnership, not a clinical process. Our approach is built on the simple idea that you deserve to be listened to, understood and treated with unconditional positive regard. Our entire focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together collaboratively to ensure best possible outcomes.

Located in Heidelberg West, our small team of experienced, qualified therapists are here to guide you. We work with you to understand your unique challenges and what you want to achieve. We listen with empathy and communicate clearly and simply—no confusing jargon, just practical strategies that actually work.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all solution, so we tailor our approach to fit you. As we all work with different presentations, our team draws on a broad range of proven, evidence-based methods. From ACT to CBT, Psych-dynamic influenced, Schema  Therapy, EMDR or Interpersonal Therapy, we will support you to navigate life’s challenges and equip you with whatever tools you need to rediscover your own strength and find your balance.
